The following is a general outline of the topics you’ll
be learning during your 6 week accelerated training . Paid participants will receive
weekly pages from lecture, workshop and homework assignments
in pdf format. These are best put in a three-ring binder and
kept organized.
The Conversational Recruiting
(CR) process (the sequence for high probability sponsoring
– we’ll be investing most of our time in this
process):
Silent
Posture - Most in the industry are using ineffective
“overt” posture
Bonding
and Rapport – Getting your prospects to trust
and like you
Private
Understanding – Used before you invest substantial
time with someone
Getting your prospect to
agree to the process you’re taking them though and eliminating
the TIO’s (think it overs)
Consequences and Vision – THE emotional
and personal reason your prospect moves into action
Definitions:
Consequences = what they’ll lose by not getting involved
with you
Vision = what their long-term positive vision is how it may
be accomplished via your opportunity.
The probability of sponsoring someone goes up exponentially
when you get two consequences and one vision from your prospect.
You’ll learn fade and crossover moves to get these from
your prospects. This, combined with a clear Value Engine,
for your opportunity will tie them to your opportunity.
Economics – How much and how they’ll invest to
get started.
Decision – Understanding how they’ll
make a decision about your opp.
Presentation – (your company overview –
flash site, teleconference, 3-way, etc)
Confirmation – (tie down their decision to
get involved with you)
Overview of the prospect’s
system for looking at opportunities:
(By default this is what most networkers are being painfully
being dragged through by “interested” prospects)
Misleading
information (“yes - I want to make $5,000 per month,
etc." – and you believe them)
Industry overview (you tell them what’s “going
on”)
Premature
presentation (you take them to a presentation without a Private
Understanding and clear emotional “consequences”
and /or Vision that are personal to them. Most networkers
rely way too much on the power of their company presentation.
They
tell you it “looks good” and “I’ll
think it over” (you take the sucker punch)
No
answer and you end up in their voice mail jail (the chase
by you begins...)
You’ll also learn how to get a neutral prospect moving by using a “menu” move.
The Pendulum Theory – how to deal
with the only 3 kinds of prospects you’ll ever meet.
The Networker’s Psyche: Networkers
are both extroverted and introverted. You’ll learn how
to tap your inner power no matter what your unique personality
style is.
Overcome the fear of the phone (they’re not “cold”
calls…they’re just calls)
Gain inner strength from operating in “role”
Fail your way to networking success – the key
factor in continual course correction.
Build real rapport and develop a bond between you and your
prospect.
Value Engine Definition – How to clearly
articulate to prospects what you bring to the MLM industry
with your opportunity, systems, upline, company, products,
etc.
Infomercial Development – We’ll
have a workshop specifically devoted to developing a 45 second
infomercial – This is used with negative
and neutral prospects to get them off center and in walking
and talking recruiting.
Cookbook Development –What are your
real numbers, how to focus on behavior and not results to
relieve pressure from your calling activities.
Your Personal System of Accountability –
Who’s your buddy that will hold you accountable?
Genealogy Leads – Proper use of your
Value Engine when calling them, how to deal with the neutral
networker, reviving the crash and burn victim, and what to
do now and in the future with the overly happy. Also, the
Javelin strategy will be taught.
Autopsy on an MLM Call – What to check
after a call just died…follow this checklist to get
your lesson. Your lesson is money in the future.
Leaving Voice Mails that get returned –
Using a menu, consequences and vision moves in your messages.
Fixing your broken records – Nobody
has any money, it’s too hard to succeed, I can only
make money if I’m full-time, etc.
Nurturing and retaining your downline –
Who, what and how often.
